Pros

They relocate you if you bring them profit.

Cons

I was with EPAM for several years. They fired me in one day, without letting me know that my position was in danger, knowing I wouldn't be able to find a new job and fulfil the requirements to stay in the country. They didn't let me find another project or stay for another month, so I could have additional time to find another job for my blue card. 15 years of my life wasted

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
