      It has just a known name.

      Cons

      - you will constantly see people with no skills, lack of knowledge, lack of communication but has 'lead', 'architect', 'director' titles, And then you will think 'If I work hard, I can be successful and get a good position in the company'. Sorry mate, those positions are occupied and not for hard-workers. You will just work and you will have to work. - management? forget it, you are on your own. - competitive salary? forget it. It is not for you. Shortly: There will be lots of good opportunities and commitments. But most likely none of them will be applied to you, if you are not of those people. If you are not starve to death, do not choose epam (deliberately lowercase) .

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
