Thank you for leaving a review for EPAM. We appreciate you sharing your perspective with us. We love to see so many things in that "Pros" column! We pride ourselves on our ability to offer a robust library of learning and educational resources for our employees. And a great culture is so important to us! Thanks for these positive comments. We appreciate your honesty regarding the challenges of working across different time zones. As a global organization serving clients around the world, this can certainly present a challenge to work-life balance. While global coverage is a reality of our industry, it is not our intention for any EPAMer to feel unsupported. We encourage teams to rotate meeting times and optimize staffing to minimize the burden on any single region. If you feel your current schedule is unsustainable, we encourage you to discuss this with your manager or HR People Partner to explore potential adjustments or project rotation opportunities. You can also reach us at Glassdoor@epam.com to discuss further. Thank you.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
