Hello, Thank you for your positive feedback and for highlighting ENGIE’s strong culture. We are pleased to know that our values resonate with you. Regarding your feedback on the salary, we understand that compensation is an important factor. In addition to a competitive salary, ENGIE offers a variety of financial benefits, such as ENGIE CARE, a comprehensive health coverage plan that includes medical expenses, hospitalization, and family protection. We also offer our LINK employee share plan, which is accessible to our employees every two years, giving them the opportunity to become shareholders and benefit from the company’s growth. We appreciate your insights and will continue working to ensure that ENGIE remains a great place to work. Warm regards, The ENGIE HR Team

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
