      Strong team with many years of experience. You will learn new things every day from seasoned professionals who really care about their job and environment. Many employees feel strong ties to serving the Hawkeye/University of Iowa mission and enjoy being part of the Hawkeye family.

      Rapidly evolving company that feels like a start up environment sometimes.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
