Pros

It’s gotten more corporate. But the team of individuals I work with is great. There is some flexibility in the work schedule, which is very helpful if you have a family.

Cons

Constant restructuring interferes with workflow. Management is currently not the best, but that could change. There’s a lot of new staff that aren’t very knowledgeable about the solar industry. Not a lot of life/work balance at this time, but that could change with more staff, or staff with more training.

Pros

Great PTO benefits, very flexible.

Cons

There are certainly favorites among leadership. If you are on management's good side, you may see opportunities that others won't. Most internal promotions are decided before the job even posts, they just have to go through the formalities of posting/interviewing.
