Very knowledgeable coworkers, very friendly environment, hybrid work schedule, opportunity to learn a lot, really great work-life balance
Cons
HUGE lack of age diversity -- everyone is pretty much 35 or older so difficult to connect with coworkers if you are just coming out of college, systems that are used on a regular basis are very dated

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.
Cons
The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
