      Pros

      Majority of the people here are very nice. Work life is great.

      Cons

      Management, HIGHER ups tend not to care what people say. Some mangers micro-manage their employees and watch every move they make from looking a their phones during meetings to working on their laptops during a presentation.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
