      Pros

      There are some brilliant people who work here and the purpose of the company is great.

      Cons

      Very disorganized, understaffed, people are over worked and under payed. Very sexist leadership. HR is an absolute joke and struggled to solve issues or answer standard questions. The product that we serve our clients is just not great nor is the level of service the understaffed team is able to provide. I do not see how this company can afford to function.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
