      Pros

      Massive greenfield project to move from legacy software to all cloud-based apps. There is room to experiment and freedom to innovate. Dev teams have a lot of freedom to implement their part of the project.

      Cons

      Leadership has been using a Start-Up approach when the project really needs enterprise-level organization, communication, and standards. Lots of turnover during the last several years has created a knowledge gap that isn't easy to fill.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
