Pros

Lovely people who work throughout the company.

Cons

Lacking the HR support for employees, and also treated myself, who worked as a temp for 10 months, going above and beyond my job remit very poorly in terms of senior management, and by senior management I mean the management who do not have their eyes on the ground.
