      Forward looking company getting involved in some exciting new areas. Opportunities around the world and good support in the regions

      Cons

      Huge amounts of internal committees and non fee earning staff with little understanding of the world outside their desks and theoretical studies. Bad staff are shuffled around rather than managed out

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
