      Employee oriented, Engie will do all sort of favors to employees up to possibility

      Cons

      At least we have to work some time in this company to balance personal life. If we get chance in b/w 50-60 age, dont miss.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
