Pros
The compensation is good, most (if not all) base line employees were fine to work with
Cons
Unfortunately there are some less than competent people, mostly women (I can say this because I am a women) that have no business being a manager or a supervisor. Some lead with emotion instead of logic and responses are poor and unprofessional.
