Pros
Pay is better than a minimum wage job. The experience may work in your favor on your resume. Benefits are pretty good. Some people are nice in other departments.
Cons
Unfair. People in the lab are two faced, incompetent, inexperienced, inappropriate, and don't work. The lab is like the movie "Mean Girls". 90% of the time people stand around and talk, and 10% of the time they work. Management has their favorites. This company overall is unethical, unfair, and unpleasant. And unsuccessful. That is apparent with the many recent 483s, the loss of clients, and the several product recalls.
