      #1 on my list is the people. The company also offers great work/life balance and flexibility Commitment to DE&I Lastly, room for growth/advancement which is encouraged by management

      Red tape. Too many barriers in getting things done, which causes delays.

      Its a great place to work. A little challenging with the recent changes. Tuition reimbursment, insurance paid time off. Yearly bonus.
