      You get to work from home

      Cons

      Back to back phone calls all day long.Eighty phone calls per day or more two fifteen minute brights, one thirty minute lunch i would not recommend this place to work, at least in this position. Unless you like taking call after call all day long.

      There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.

      Its a great place to work. A little challenging with the recent changes. Tuition reimbursment, insurance paid time off. Yearly bonus.
