I have been blessed to have a great team culture as I have moved through the company. There are lots of opportunities for growth within the company or even lateral changes if you want to jump into a different career path within the bank.
Cons
The higher you go, the less training you will receive for your role. This doesn't have to be a con, but not all leaders are focused on the development of their employees enough to onboard you proactively.
