Lots of opportunities to move around and you learn so much from the different departments. Work life balance is great. No meeting Wednesday’s, and leadership continuously seeks feedback to improve culture.
Cons
To get a promotion, you will need to suck up to leadership. Otherwise, it all comes down to politics as to why you didn’t get paid more. It is rife with favoritism and it’s saddening. Pay people more for their hard work.
