      Internal incentives appear to intentionally prompote peer-to-peer competition Lots of 'experts' who focus more on perception of their words than value; consulting phrases galore (if you do this, pls stop) Highly risk intolerant generally; nonsensical guardrails/approvals needed; lower autonomy in work (depending on the team)
