      Fast pace, different work, challenge, skill gap identification, sales learning, critical feedback loops

      Cons

      Never ending metric focus, always busy, shifting teams, partner politics largely shaping staff experience, no change in sight for the burdensome exec and retired partner payment models hoovering up huge margin of everyone else’s work. Unbelievable this still happens in modern corporate.
