They claim business was better than ever but yet cannot promote who is eligible. They will lose talent because of this. Processes and internal collaboration is horrible with little to no changes. Management will not be on your side on anything you come forward with, they will challenge your suggestions or questions and leave you hanging. They follow the leaders they are aligned to and will force unnnecessary metrics on you "busy work". They promise career advancement and here we are two years later with no promotion and no ability to move.
