Pros

Benefits is the extent of any pros

Cons

If you are not a long timer ie been at Dell for longer then 7-10 years don't expect anyone to have your back or support your ambitions to grow your career. They have created a culture that is beneficial only for those who have served this company for longer then 10 years. If you a newbie in management or sales and think your ideas and opinions count be prepared for a wake up call. They do not care about changing the status quo or open to doing things differently. Don't buy into the we treat everyone fairly minorities are discriminated against their upper management is a very white male dominated clique. Its like being back in high school if you are not a part of the popular group then your chances to make a difference are very much suppressed. Too many politics that have created a very narrow minded culture.

Pros

The people are the best part of this job. I have met so many amazing people in this role. Even some I would consider life long friends. I think the experience gained from this job has also been useful for any sales role you may need for any future endeavors in sales or the tech industry.

Cons

Upper management has made many changes to the compensation and the metrics which has for sure effected employee satisfaction. Turnover rate is insane as there’s a new hire class literally every month. Dell itself is running out of room and they are not making any new teams for the new hire classes which has left more tenured reps in a vulnerable position.
