Pros
- Only bar raisers. It's rare to find people that are just "mild". We use a mindset here that every new employee should be at least better than half of the team in one of the driving principles, which makes our team always grow sharper. - Incredible benefits (at least for Brazil). Health insurance is better than what many companies offer to Director-level members. - You learn a lot by being at the most data-centered, high-tech company in the world right now. - CEO and high management are visionaries. - Not much politics. If you're better than the others, you'll grow.
Cons
- There's always a ton of work to do. If you have the energy and willingness to grow, you'll be required to push yourself to be outstanding. As the company is growing in mach 1 speed, if you don't know how to make the best use of your time, you'll fall short. - Because we're growing fast, we still do lots of stuff in spreadsheets and less automated stuff. And also because we're growing fast, we sometimes forget to make those better.
