I got a really strong feeling about Databricks since the beginning of my interview process. The recruiter, recruiting coordinators and all involved in my interview process were extremely communicative and consistent. The process was very intentional and well-rounded. Great benefits and a generous fitness stipend! Now as a FT employee, I can confirm that the teams I get to work with are all very welcoming and engaging. I am extremely pleased with my role and my day to day! It is exciting to see where the future of Databricks takes us!
Cons
It is still a start-up, so with hyper growth comes a lot of changes, which are often for the better. A lot of processes are still in development or in launch phases.
