Great work life balance. Has good WFH policy. Good culture.
Cons
It's slowing down. Salary increment is also slowing down significantly. People are leaving. Old timers don't feel rewarded enough for their contributions. There are three intertwined pillars an employee will continue contributing for their current organization: contribution, culture and a good salary. Without any single one of the three, people are bound to leave.
