Pros
No doubt, a lot of career opportunities. Company is expanding, many roles needs people. Salary is good for fresh graduates, as the company is earning in Euros, so it is fine to give more, but if we think from another point-of-view, we are not expensive. Also, not to miss, free sodas, and chocolates in the fridge.
Cons
So called culture of the company, fades when more and more experienced people joining in for the management role, experience and mindset from their previous company heavily affect the company's culture, which should be non-hierarchical, but now, everything is like, you have to go through me, and then we discuss what to say before you say. Also, if you are on a technical role, especially the lowest one, when things happen when they can happen and regardless of what is it, the lowest role will be the first to be blamed.
