Pros
Good colleagues, and good coffee. If you need you can work from home. Office is nice, lot of natural light.
Cons
Do not expect salary raise, educations or opportunities. If you are coming for these then turn around. Also do not expect you manager to know your name after 2 years, and forget about personal evaluations and department meetings. If any of your colleagues decide that they leave then feel free to take over extra workload as noone will be hired for their place. Also consider that management is really racist (yes, in an international company). If you are good with these, then this is the company for you.
