Well at least they pay you bonus for getting certification. -very very very x10 poor office. Messy power codes. Monitors are everywhere. Feels like being a computer guru in a big container box. -They don't care about your career path. Your career plan is not their concern AT ALL. They will try their best to put you in any available project. - poor bench policy. Well there is written policy but they don't seem to care about it.
