Pros
Nothing but free fruit and unlimited coffee.
Cons
- Disorganized: the lab is always a huge mess full of samples idling around. It looks like a warehouse rather than an accredited lab. - Filthy and extremely noisy work environment, it sometimes stinks as well. - Ancient infrastructure, always causing defects. - Poor leadership promoting a toxic culture from top to down allowing people gossip behind others, especially behind new comers and also whatever you talk with a collogue, your manager will hear it. - Unprofessional teammates, making inappropriate hand jokes. - Most of the procedures are inaccurate and they are not followed properly. - Terrible life-work balance - Greedy managers causing people burnouts. Possibly you will end up losing your mental health. - Very limited career development. - People blame leavers for not being competent enough. - "Come with the solution, not the problem" policy, causing people sweep issues under the carpet. I have never seen an issue was actually resolved. - Terrible project management, causing projects exceed deadlines and they never end. - Poor communication between operational teams and sales team. -Biased, some of the teams do not hire female engineers on purpose.
