Business Outlook
Pros
There is a strong group of people working at BST. They are passionate about the work they do and care about each other. The management is generally responsive and have an "open door" culture. The health and life benefits are fantastic for office staff.
Cons
BST and their parent company DEKRA are in the process of integrating new business acquisitions, this has caused a significant shakeup in the family-like small business culture and there is much uncertainty among the long time staff. There is not much opportunity for promotion outside of sales. There are many opportunities to cross-train with different teams, but no real opportunity to improve salary.
