      Pros

      There are some good people here and I enjoy working with them. Insight has the potential to give DEKRA what it wants, a global footprint.

      Cons

      DEKRA Germany needs to shift it's focus from a regional mindset to a global one. DEKRA NA is floundering under the leadership of the current CRO.
