      Pros

      Complex equipment engineering, interesting developments still in a learning/Growing phase. A lot to contribute.

      Cons

      Cummins took over Hydrogenics in 2021, the implementation of the corporate machine on the small SME created quite some chaos. They opened a big new plant in 2023 but had to close it already before fully operational due to market decline.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
