Pros

Great values and work life balance. People care about their colleagues and communities. It makes it for a comfortable working environment. There is no time-card mentality and it is all about your performance. Individual development is strongly advised and the company will help you grow.

Cons

Bureaucracy. Process process process. Things are not fast. Company is falling behind and is becoming a fast follower (or worse) due to high risk aversion. Too many lay-offs: In the last 5 years there have been 2 major corporate wide reductions in force. However, in varying departments of the company there have been major restructuring which has led to people leaving. It has become a major expectation that by Q3 and Q4, the company will announce some sort of restructuring. Individual development and performance based results work well at entry level to mid-level management. At senior managers and directors, it really becomes about who you know. Very political.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
