      Pros

      None that I can think of. Worked in the same department for over 10 years, and was continually harassed (sexually and mentally) by upper management

      See above. Would not recommend to anyone as a place to work, unless you want to come home and cry every night. But, if you are related to someone in upper management, you can be the VP in no time!

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
