      I work as engineer at the company. The pros are that I get to do real engineering work

      Cons

      Not much freedom in job functions. Micromanagement from higher managers. And unreasonable deadlines, Really slow computers and general lack/mismanagement of resources and tools. Average pay with not much scope for advancement

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
