      Cummins is a great company to work for. Cummins has a diverse work force. Cummins allows its employees to work on a very flexible basis. Cummins has a huge corporate social responsibility goal.

      Cons

      Cummins recruiting process is very laid back. The HR is not sure when they need the specific candidate to hire. Even after the offer is given they take a long time to confirm all the details.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
