      Flexibility Annual bonus Stable company 401K/Pension plan Cummins gives you money for your HSA account every year to cover medical/dental expenses Diversity is a foundation of the company Promotional opportunities are abundant Strong Six Sigma program

      No vision plan High deductible medical plan No sick time Lack of diversity at the top management level. Company is migrating away from Tim Solso and Irvin Millers diversity philisophy at top management level. Top leadership should be diverse like the rest of the company.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
