      Pros

      Great place for what you want to do, great career planning and support, employee friendly policies and culture, knowledable and experienced colleagues. Process driven and collective decision making environment.

      Cons

      Too much resistance to change, business units and functions operate in silos. Heirarical culture leading to slow change process. You need to get so many buy-in and/or approvals on your ideas and projects that you might feel frustated but good thing is : ideas/projects which survive that rigor are truely great..!

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
