Cummins has so many different career opportunities. There are tons of different jobs, positions, and departments and employees are given the opportunity through internal bidding to move around to a different position if they see an opportunity that more closely matches their career goals or if they just need a change in their work. Cummins tries to keep things fresh, new and exciting so their employees are always challenged in their work.
Cons
Wages are a little low in some departments, but the opportunities for advancement make up for the low starting pay.
