      Pros

      A very good company to work for with good values. A lot of opportunities to prosper and move ahead. Excellent place for new comers as management handles them pretty well.

      Cons

      Projects move on pretty slowly, sometimes feel dragged. IT team pretty small compared to the entire strangth, so some issue are kept on forever.

      Pros

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
