Pros
- Great colleagues, especially when working together in person. - Good salary and benefits. - Global presence. - Lots of opportunity and career growth potential (unless you get laid off before you can take advantage of such opportunities)
Cons
- It's all about profit; despite claims of "our employees are our most valued asset," or "customer service is top priority." - Too much focus on progressive political issues than on common sense. - "We embrace diversity." Um, not. True diversity includes embracing ALL ideas, including ideas that are contrary to the Corporate/Senior Management agenda bent. At Cummins, it's only valid "diversity" if it fits within the progressive paradigm of the popular culture. - "Collaborative Work Space." Really?
