      Pros

      The manufacturing company with heart. People really care and your co-workers are usually good people.

      Cons

      Overcollaboration slows the company down and the bureaucracy has gotten worse as the company has grown and the consistent change has everyone pretty tired. What happened to those new behaviors they were going to roll out but didn't? We're lucky the stock is pegged to AI and data centers or it would be a tougher year.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
