Where do I start?
1. Terrible leadership - more than 10 Corporate Reps have left CrowdStrike in the last 12 months, all of them had a common reason, I.e. senior leadership. The senior leader however ends up getting a promotion! Well deserved.
2. Exit interviews - not quite sure what they’re used for? Looks like all that’s being said is just discarded as soon as the meeting’s done.. we have all addressed the same one issue, senior leadership..
3. If you want to work for a company that grants you the privilege of a personal life, or personal time off, keep looking. My colleagues and I used to receive calls at 10-11 pm, being told to chase the partners..
4. Mid-level management is there for no reason. They are very competent people who are treated as the invisible man. Expect to get called/messaged 24/7 by your VP
5. Our sales process doesn’t always align with the customer’s buying process. It’s not great when you have a customer telling you to back off.
6. Pay is way below industry average
7. Recognition? Yes you’ll get it for one day, and you will be an absolute star, or an “A player”, but the next day be ready to be invisible again.
8. Do you enjoy to wake up every day and have a daily forecast at 8 am? Then CS is right for you. Oh, and this doesn’t only happen at end of quarter, it can happen any month of the year.
9. It wasn’t fun being spoken to like we were all some children who just got out of college, with condescension and pettiness.
10. No independence and autonomy whatsoever
11. What happened to the last 15 people who left the company? Are they on PTO? No one will ever know as it’s never been announced..
