Fun environment and free breakfast.

Cons

As a sales manager you might be fired at any minute. You need to work very hard to pass probation but even then the company might not keep you if they don't like you.

Our Sales Manager roles are challenging and require commitment to be successful, but they’re also exciting and rewarding with learning opportunities. We have a strong ramp-up approach in place to support each individual as they progress through their probation. We are also candid in the conversations we have with team members around their performance throughout this period. We always work to hire Criteos with the skill set to be part of our journey, although there are times when there may be misalignment on performance in role. Taking away perks that we have had for a long time. Eventually reach your cap as an IC.

Pros

People I worked with and the culture was great, work life balance was fantastic.

Cons

Every year now it layoffs, makes one want to ask a question. Perhaps Criteo needs a better CFO to manage the companies finances. Being every year Criteo is laying people off, yet CFO still remains. Perhaps Criteo needs to look at those who are staying a bit closer.
