Interesting work but not much progression or pay - Analyst Control Risks Employee Review

What is expected of you can be a lot. Some senior people are not that competent and drag down teams. Not much career progression after a few years and pay could be better given what is expected of employees. The company has been encountering some financial problems, which unfortunately feeds into all the problems mentioned above.
