Pros
The pay is nice and some of the supervisors are very nice and want you to succeed
Cons
Training is more on the job training and can cause issues when you are trying to be confident in your position the lack of knowledge in new hires can cause customers not to trust what you are saying is accurate and their score system is unfair for every dissatisfied from a customer you get it is equal to 3 satisfied reviews, I averaged about 30 reviews a month which is not common if I got 4-6 dissatisfied I would score below my goal and they weren’t always meant for the correct person because they would talk to multiple people you just happened to be the one they got the review for
