      Pros

      Some Managers are great Hybrid/wfh opportunity( kind of) Can get overtime when available

      Cons

      Heavy workload Trainings are unorganized and taught different by each trainer leaving employees often confused Long complex processes Out dated software Offered to be able to wfh but based only by the discretion of your manager Terrible benefits, terrible pto policy, god awful 401k plan And did mention the pay is basically non existent, you could make more money asking for change on mlk blvd

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
