Pros
Remote jobs. They hire anybody. ANYBODY.
Cons
SIX months of training and they do NOT give you a raise once training is over. NO bonuses. Lousy health benefits. You do NOT accrue PTO until after you have been with the company for at least SIX MONTHS. Managers fight you, if you need time off for any reason. Managers are nothing more than processors that have been shuffled "upwards", because the company is too cheap to hire PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED managers to run the place. They know nothing, claim they can't DO anything about the massive problems going on, are VERY unprofessional! These "manager" also double as "trainers", and again, have absolutely NO SKILLS of any kind in the realms of training! Most people being trained quit in the first two weeks. Some hang on for the full SIX MONTHS of training, but then quit when they find out there are no raises. Managers and Supervisors are full of BS, shovelling it and spreading it all day, every day. UNPROFESSIONAL employees getting away with preaching religions, being gross and disgusting in the office, and having NO professionalism of any kind. And the company just does not care. Most of the employees they hire are "off the street" and illiterates. They don't know how to spell, speak, or comprehend any kind of business acitivty, and yet a lot of them have been there for many years, messing up customers accounts....constantly. Don't be fooled! This company takes on more business than it can handle, and literally hires ANYBODY that puts in an application. They want professional grade billing solutions, with unskilled labor, working for basic wages, with lousy benefits. If you are someone that "just doesn't care". This place is for you. If you are a professional employee looking for a professional company to work for, THIS IS NOT IT!! From my professional viewpoint and expertise of working corporate offices over 24 years now, this place is on the verge of imploding.
