      Pros

      Included training, good public transport accesability (Metro, Tram - for Praha annyways), Great superions, well thought out training programme, included educationall, creer progression planning (with free consultations, trainings included in work), management listens to feedback, fair (at least for my skillset) wages.

      Cons

      Job in supporting customers is not for everyone, as is not the open space that is implemented in office, the system of breaks might not be for everyone either (hour long launch) but given the job itselve i see that as fair, only digitally delivered pay slips - i am very much physicall paper kind of person

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
